Day 360: Back Under The Barbell!

G’day,

After 16 days on the sidelines I am happy to report that I have actually completed a workout! I kept it simple with a Strong 5×5 workout, squats, bench and pull ups. I was quite surprised to see my strength down only a fraction (I expected around a 20% strength reduction).

For tomorrow I’ll hit the treadmill for a HIIT session, that may be a different story!
