Day 200 Video: Down 37.1 kg (81.7 lbs) and My Top Two Tips!

G’day,

Yay! 200 days down and 165 to go! 

When I first rebooted my blog on August 10, 2021 my stated goal was to practice 365 days of daily accountability. Having not managed to finish an 84-day Mission since 2009 it was a big goal, and deep down I wasn’t sure I’d go the distance.

As I have just hit Day 200 I am now confident I’ll be here on Day 365! In fact, my mind is starting to expand again and think of ways to open up a second incarnation of the ShredderSphere. 

The Sphere community in 2008-09 was the absolute highlight of my first 1000 days on this blog. Meeting the Shredders in person, hearing their stories and seeing their success was something I’ll always remember. 

Onto today’s video, I discuss my stats thus far, share a “behind the scenes” picture from pre-Mission 1 (seen below) and give my top two tips for a successful Mission.
