On this page I have a collection of all my videos dating back to 2006, including the most recent reboot covering 2021, 2022 and beyond.
A Note On YouTube:
My YouTube channel has over 100 videos with a cumulative view count of over 16,000,000 (screenshot below).
However, since 2019 YouTube has not been displaying my videos through its own search function or even on my own channel! What’s more, it is virtually impossible to get through to anyone at YouTube who might fix it.
It is sad to know that hundreds of hours of work (and millions of views and comments) have disappeared into the ether, like they never existed. I no longer believe YouTube can be trusted to archive videos over the long term so I have decided to make a change.
Moving To Vimeo:
This time around, I have decided to use a paid service (Vimeo) to host my videos. The good thing with my RTP Vimeo Channel is that I was able to re-upload my old YouTube videos in chronological order.
So, on the first incarnation of Real Time Physique (2006-2009) you can watch 98 published videos ranging from “Day 77” to “Day 1000.” In the 2021 RTP Reboot you can view the “Weekly Accountability Videos” I uploaded over the course of five Missions (and counting). With this in mind I’ll only post select 2021/22/23 videos to YouTube (Mission/s Start and Finish)
Viewing The Videos:
I have separated the 2021/22/23 videos into a “Vimeo Showcase” with Missions labeled as such. For my original 2006-09 RTP videos I have divided them into categories and Mission full archives (below the most recent videos).
