Day 183: M3 False Start?

G’day,

Today was definitely one of “those” days. I started the day with only five hours sleep and it never got any better from there!

I had some new job training today which added a couple of hours to my day. As a consequence I had to scramble to fit in my normal duties. I got it all done in the nick of time and then headed for the gym when lo and behold…I was falling asleep at the wheel!

I took the safe option and drove straight home. The heat and humidity might also be playing a factor in my exhaustion levels, I’m not quite sure. One thing I do know is that I’ll be getting my seven hours of sleep tonight in preparation for a solid workout tomorrow!
