Day 490: Just Holding On…

G’day,

What a week! On the one hand I was very active with an average of 24,000 steps per day, on the other hand I only got in one proper workout!

My steps and daily activity levels are high due to my work (Christmas time is absolutely crazy for my industry) but it consumes around 12-14 hours per day, six days per week. By the time I get home I am ready to hit the sack!

In an ideal world I’d like to have a couple of extra hours of free time per day to work out but in a way every single day is kind of a workout. So, I have decided to suck it up and just do my best to get through this period, knowing that it will calm down in the new year!
