A picture tells a thousand words, so I’ll keep this short and sweet. Way back on November 8th, 2006 my dream was to eat a chocolate birthday cake while holding a six-pack (abs NOT beer!) on my 33rd birthday.
Take a look below and tell me what you think!

Happy Birthday fellow Aquarian !
What a birthday present you’ve given yourself in that 6-pack !
I’m nearing the middle of cycle 2, and the fat loss is just what I needed to put a big smile on my face 😀
CONGRATULATIONS AND CELEBRATIONS and enjoy that “huge” pice of cake!
Cheers 🙂
Thanks Sarah! You are Aquarius too? How cool is that!
I look forward to seeing your after pictures.
Go Hard!
Cheers,
Adam
Happy Birthday you stunner!
Beautiful 6-pack!
Love your u-tube video and it certainly is the climax of 12 weeks of hard work and determination and 6 years of learning.
Can’t wait to see what’s coming next!
Kelly.
Thanks Kelly,
That means a lot to me for you to say that. Just wait till you see what’s coming next!
Cheers,
Adam
G’day Mate
Love your work!
Over the last few years, I’ve seen you try various programs firsthand.
To see you succeed and transform your life is extremely pleasing.
Good luck with your next programme and beyond!
Well done,
Andrew
ps don’t eat all the Timtam’s!
Thanks man, Its been a long time coming and yes you have seen me try and fail a lot over the last few years.
Thanks for your support and I will definitely enjoy an Aussie made Tim-Tam too! I love those things!
Cheers,
Adam
Ohmygod, I can’t believe I forgot your birthday!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADAM!! Wow, there’s both the sixpack and the chocolate cake – what a sunshine story, as we say in Swedish 🙂
May this just be the beginning of loads of wonderful dreams coming true!

Thanks for your kind words fred! I’m confident it is the starte of my “new” life.
By the way, how is the weather in Sweden at the moment? I have never been to Sweden but have wanted to go for a long time.
Ever since I was a kid growing up in Australia and watching all your great tennis players like Edberg & Wilander I loved the Swedish style…so cool!
Cheers,
Adam
