Day 191: Forgot My Spare Shirt…No Problem?!

G’day,

Something quite weird happened today…after my afternoon cardio workout at my local pool I realised I forgot to bring a clean shirt to wear home. It is always preferable to have a new shirt to change into, rather than the one I did my HIIT run in!

Anyway, what is a bloke to do in this predicament? Well, I soon realised I’m at a public pool where all the blokes have their shirt off anyway! So, would it really be a problem for me walk out the front door and drive home shirtless?! I surmised that it would not be a problem so I did just that!

I know this is only a small weird thing…but I haven’t been comfortable walking around shirtless for at least ten years. Hence, this is why I (almost) always pack a clean shirt to wear after a workout (even a pool session). 

Even after today I still think I’ll keep bringing a spare shirt to the pool…just in case!
