Well, it all comes down to this!
For the next 12 hours between 9 AM and 9 PM (US Central Time) you can decide if my midsection qualifies as a six-pack or not.
On the line is my $1500 pre-booked holiday to Phuket. If the Yes votes are greater than the No votes I will be on my way to Phuket on March 26, 2007. If the No votes are greater I will be back at my Osaka gym on March 26, 2007.
As you can see I’m waiting for your vote!

My heart is pounding so hard right now! It is 2.20 am in the morning in Osaka and I don’t think I will get any sleep tonight.
I know there is a lot of No votes but I don’t feel too bad because I know I did everything I could to try and get a six-pack.
I am prepared either way as I haven’t even packed yet!

Well, I think you did it! this photo (to me) clearly shows six! the other photos weren’t quite as clear. Honestly, I don’t think they are “ripped” as some would say, but they are definitely there!!! Way to go, Adam!

I also voted yes – I wish we knew who was actually voting. Maybe they are jealous of all your progress haha! You know there are some people who’d vote “no” even if it was Tom’s pic up there.

Your comments really cheered me up as I was starting to stress out a little last night when the vote was neck-and-neck.
I know one day I’ll look back and smile at about transpired in those 12 hours but at the time I really felt the pressure!
Anyway, its all good! I’ll be off to Phuket very soon to chill out for a few days.
