G’day,
We are now one week into 2024 and I’m pleased to say that the New Years Resolutions I made on January 1, 2024 are still in tact!
My first week compliance rate to my 2024 zero alcohol goal is 100%! More surprising is my zero intake of junk food and soft drink this week. I have done it before, but rarely (it is usually the soft drink cravings that break me!)
As you can see in the table below I have give myself some wiggle room with the junk food and soft drink intake at 95% abstinence over 2024 (effectively means that I give myself 18 individual days this year to consume one or both).
We’ll see if I can continue my 100% compliance into week 2!
Until next week,
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Hi Adam
Have you ever stated what your nutrition plan is like on these new missoons? I know you said M1 that it wasn’t mainstream like usual plans…
Xavier
Hi Xavier, you are right mate, though what may have been non-mainstream back in 2021 is definitely more mainstream these days. My diet is essentially whole foods, high protein & fat (helps with satiety) and fairly low carb in the traditional sense (though I do have multiple servings of fruit per week). I had very little added (non-naturally occurring) sugar and processed food. This approach helped me massively with satiety, after a big breakfast I didn’t think about food for most of the day. This was it in a nutshell.
