
G’day,
After racking up another 22k steps today (on a Sunday!) I had a feeling that my total step count for this week was going to be big.
I was wrong, it wasn’t just big…it was massive! I did a total of 155k steps for the week, at an average of 22k steps per day! As you can see in the Garmin screenshot below this is a new record for me.

You may be wondering how I hit these high step count numbers consistently? The answer is simple…my work requires it! I won’t reveal exactly what I do but suffice to say I am on my feet from dawn til dusk, and this time of the year is particularly busy!
No prizes for guessing what I do (as it is so easy!).
