Day 82: Halloween Nutrition Plan?!

G’day,

Just a quick one today as I have work to finish and then a Halloween/Birthday party to attend! Another party right at the end of my Mission where alcohol and temptations abound, but I have resisted until now and have no doubt I’ll have a “clean sheet” after tonight too.

As I have mentioned previously, the biggest factor for me keeping 100% compliance to my nutrition plan thus far has been satiety. After I’ve eaten my fill for the day I have no more cravings or desires to eat any more, whether the food in question is good, bad or indifferent.

This is why is has been so easy for me to stick to my plan this Mission, in fact it has gotten easier the further I have gone. It has become an ingrained way of eating that I believe is sustainable for the long term. The added benefit of feeling better (with no digestion issues) is a bonus.

Anyway, that’s all for me today, I’ll report back tomorrow on my ability to stay true to my word!
