G’day,
Back on Day 730 I said I’d be back to push on to Day 1000. Here I am! Truth be told, I do have unfinished business…my elusive sub-10% body fat goal and breaking 100 for 18 holes in golf! Side note: I have not been below 10% since Day 999: August 4, 2009 or below 100 in golf since…forever! In my Day 742 video below I go into the details of each goal.
In other news I actually decreased my weight and body fat over the last 10 days of “Rest and Recovery.” During my time off I went for a couple of runs, a swim and did two workouts, without really breaking a sweat.
The reason I went down in weight is 100% to do with my nutrition. Unlike the old days I didn’t go bonkers after coming off my last Mission. At this point in the game I have no desire or need to stuff my face, so I just decided to stick to my plan. I was also tired of yo-yoing between 86-89kg!
So, starting this Mission at 82.8kg should give me a great platform to hit my weight goal of 77kg in 84 days time. This exact weight correlates to a sub-10% body fat if I can “hold the line” on my lean mass at 70kg. We’ll see how I go!

What I didn’t hear you say was the special foods or supplements you ate or took to make this amazing transformation. I think it was just good food and hard, honest work. Looks like that still works. Congrats Adam you have done it again.
