Day 730 Video: M8 Judgment Day Challenges!

After two years can I beat my personal bests fro push-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, 5km run and 250m swim?

The answer is yes! I got out 7 chin-ups, 31 push-ups, 5 hanging leg raises, a time 28:59 on my 5km run and 7:31 for my 250m swim!

  1. Inspirational, motivating and remarkable

    Well done Adam

Good to hear your pushing to 1000 days and staying on the journey.
A wise man once said….”The road is better than the Inn”

You do deserve plenty of credit for an amazing transformation.
I really think this time round was tougher for so many reasons.

As always, thanks for sharing your journey.
If you come to Sydney, its my shout on a healthy cheat meal.

    1. Thank you Phil! I like that wise man. I thought about it a lot, and even though the numbers like 730 (and 1000) are big milestones it is still kind of arbitrary, life doesn’t stop so I might as well not either (at least not yet!). Thanks again mate for all your support and I’ll definitely take you up on that meal if I get to Sydney (bacon and eggs a cheat meal?)!
