G’day,
The second day of my 365 Operation was an interesting one. I woke earlier than usual, and even though I was still quite tired I got out of bed immediately!
I did my usual breakfast and promptly went off to work. To spice things up a little today I played my semi-regular game of squash with my relos and boy did I take a beating! I think squash is a great leveller, your current level of fitness will always be found out in this game.
All in all I was happy with Day 2, I stuck to my nutrition and workout plans and scored another 10 on my accountability system.
