Day 169: Got (Most Of) My Run In!

G’day,

After yesterday’s “Monday-training-itis” I managed to get a run in today. The only problem is it was 3.9km instead of 5km! I had every intention of doing the full run, but once again I was exhausted after work that I couldn’t will myself to finish it.

This is an ongoing problem, I even had thoughts during the run of altering my commitment to the 5km and bringing it down to 3.9km (which happens to be one full lap of the lake). However, the reason I made it 5km in the first place was to push myself beyond my comfort zone. 

We’ll see how I go tomorrow, can I actually get 5km done?!
