
G’day,
What a weird week! I nailed two different Personal Best times (one for 5km run and one for 250m swim) but I actually finished the week weighing more than I did last week!
My weight increased 0.3kg this week to end at 89.9kg (197.5 lbs). My bodyfat also increased 0.5% this week from 15.8% to 16.3%. It is a bit of a head-scratcher but I do feel at ease based upon the results I am getting with my cardio activities.
This is the kind of thing that did my head in early on in Mission 1, but now, having gone through 23 weeks of training I know that there are ebbs and flows to the numbers and I will not freak out over one week’s results!
