G’day,
Today I knocked a minute off my previous best time for the 250m swim! Perhaps all the swimming drills with kick board and fins is actually paying off? Funny that!
The thing I felt the most during my swim tonight was my lack of need for more than one breath between laps (in a 25m pool).
When I first started swimming again in week one I would need around 15 deep breaths between each lap. I guess my cardio capacity has come a fair way since then.
