Day 154: Run Off My Feet…But No Run!

G’day,

Oh my Goodness, what a day! 

I was up at 5am for my work and did not stop until 7:00pm! In the process of just doing my job I did 17k steps, a new record for a work day.

Of course, the downside is that I didn’t complete my 5km run. As it is expected that my line of work will continue to be ultra busy for the foreseeable future it has dawned on me that the only time I will have available moving forward is between the hours of 3:30 and 5:00am!

This is tough for me, while I have developed an early morning habit over the last few months it definitely doesn’t come naturally to me. I’m not an “early bird” by nature. However, if I am to follow through on my daily 5km commitment I will have to use those early morning hours.

Hopefully I can start the process tomorrow morning!
